From Linda's kitchen to your table
The best times in my early years were with my Grandmother in the kitchen. A traditional cook tasked with feeding a huge family, she taught me about serving a big table with love.

I have always enjoyed cooking and adding my own touches to the taste of food.

While still keeping my menu filled with Pennsylvania favorites like potato filling, bacon dressing, baked lima beans and whoopie pies, I have incorporated Asian and Latin flavors as well. My customers seem to like them, so they stick around! I enjoy developing my recipes and, at the same time, allowing a distinct traditional food culture to continue.
